I've got an assembled GT350R steering wheel with all the electronics already installed and paddle shifters. This makes for a quick swap on to your car if you have an automatic transmission.
This wheel has been on a daily driver for about a year. I've done my best to keep it clean (no dirty hands while driving), and I've always wiped it down with a damp microfiber. You could probably completely restore the alcantara with the sonax alcantara cleaner and a suede brush.
The steering wheel bezels were wrapped in carbon fiber vinyl.
