Yeah, I would like to know some specifics too. What kind of burn out for warm up and what pressure. I was planning a 16psi cold pressure and 3-5 second 2nd gear burn out. I'm gonna try leaving around 3500-4500 with a little clutch slip as I'm letting it out. If it wheel hops I am letting out. On the p-zero's I could not go full throttle in first or second with out wheel hop. Hoping the bmr lockout and drag radials will help a bit. I still cut a 1.9 on the stock tires with partial throttle and clutch slip. I'm hoping for a 1.7 at least. I should be well in the 11's with that.
We started at 15 psi cold per Brad's instructions. We then tried a few different ways of doing burn outs. From a quick 1st gear rense off the tires, all the way to 5-10 second gear burn out, and full roll out of the box untill the tires hooked. The more heat, the more it spun in my opinion. We tried 15 psi warm and 12 psi warm aswell. The car felt loose at 12 psi on the big end but stable under power. We tried flashing the convertee from idle, 1k, 1100, 1500, but the car felt strongest at 2k-3k. Tires just didn't hold it. I want to add a damn transbrake, but im able to lauch at 3k with the 4C and the tires hold it. It flashes another 600-800 rpm and thats with full slip in 1st gear. My suspension is all stock base GT suspension, with PP springs. I can try a better track, but looking at the data. Other then suspension tunning, i'm lost . If anyone has knowledge on what works when launching these cars, please let me know. Some people cut 1.58 60ft with the same tires and converter, and i'm stuck with 1.8s, and a best of 1.78. I can't say the tire are garbage, but can some people start sharing some information so we can be faster as a community?

I have a 5.0 with novi 2200 and run consistant 1.6-1.7 60' on NT05R 315/35/20 on about 18lbs of air. I am having some clutch issues though so I'm not sure if that would get better with a new clutch or not.

Went to MIR yesterday, after my new tune and dyno session. So with 424 rwhp and 393 rwtq, it did what it ran in better DA, on the worse DA I've ran on. 1.805 @ 17 psi was my best 60ft of the night. All runs eccept my 1st pass at 25 psi was 1.8 60ft. All launches was between 2800-3k rpm off the stall, held by the foot brake. I picked up gains everwhere on the dyno, but the DA sucked it all up. My car is also heavy, so I can try a transbrake or some means of forced induction next. The car with me was 4050 on MIR scales.

An update... I wanted rims for a bit now, so I ordered a set of rims with tires for handling on the street...... then ordered a matching rear set 19x11's. I am going to put the MT 325/30/19 on them so I can get hooked up!

My setup is in, now to mount and balance....

I apologize for the sideways picture, I don't know why my computer did it, it usually only occurs when I post from my phone.
