Cooled/Heated Premium Seats on Base Models?

Just wondering if anybody swapped their base seats with heated ones and got a premium bezel controls to get the seats to work...

Is it possible?
Do they have the same connectors?
Any modifications required?

I wonder the same thing, now that I swapped GT350 seats into my base GT. The wiring for the heated/cooled option was not there. I had an idea to buy oem connector and splice with some after market switches, but my mechanic talked me out of it. He said that it could fry the seat without properly connecting to the computer. The other option would be to get a premium wiring harness and basel. Does anybody know if this is possible?
