My 2015 GT Vert came with a 20 mm rear bar. Thanks to "Chef", I was able to obtain a 21.7 mm bar off of his EB PP suspension he was upgrading.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE HAD TO DROP THE REAR SUBFRAME TO FIT THE BAR IN. Instructions did not tell us we had to do it...but after spending time trying to fish it through, the decision was made to drop the subframe.ves, it was a big help.

Will test it out this weekend. While at the garage, the mechanic allowed me to spray some undercoating over the painted surfaces. Much easier than jacking it up with a hand jack.

Finally, I would be curious if any GT vert are running the 22.2 mm bar off the HT PP???

Thanks

Update

I like the change. No difference in ride. A little more bite in the rear when going around corners and a little less plowing up front.

A mild improvement that every GT vert should make at a minimum.

In the future I may consider a 22.2 mm rear bar off of a GT PP.

Thanks
