I saw what I thought was one at a local dealership a month or so ago. It was red with a version of the C stripe with Mach 1 at the top of the fender. There was no window sticker. There was nothing else special about it, I think it only had 18" wheels.
Then today I saw what could have been the same car at a convenience store, red with the same stripe, but wasn't close enough to read the fender, again nothing else remarkable.

Thanks for the photos. Yeah, a dealer Special Edition. If........IF there's a Mach 1 coming, it'll be based on the facelifted '18.....more likely as a '19MY.

And IF it's coming, it'll be more that a wheel n sticker job

I wish the Bullitt was an Appearance Package with Performance Package and PP2/3, Street suspension and the Touring catback.

Parts they already make, will help keep the price down a bit for less dev costs.

Boss and Mach1 either non-flat plane crank 5.2L or a NA 5.8L. Mach1 gets the street suspension and the BOSS gets the Track suspension. Both get the {blanking on the name} louder FR exhaust. Optional 3.55, 3.73 or 4.10 rear.

Aside from the appearance parts there would be very little to do development on. Mostly just parts bin assembly and testing.

Could also do an SVO that is mostly the Focus RS engine in the 2.3 with a bit of a re-tune, street suspension and more aggressive cat-back.

Ford has the parts right now to make some nice cars, but some reason they don't. I assume money is that reason.

No need for a 4.10 rear with a modern tranny...

I'd guess that depends on what you want. Is a T56 considered "modern"? I loved the 4.10 I had with that, kinda wished I went 4.30.

It really depends on the ratios...if first is real steep, no need for a steep rear gear. All you will get is tire spin unless you got wide stickys out back. Not the best for a DD.
