AC most likely. Double check all fluids are topped up.

This happens in every car while warming up the AC on hot days.

"A/C condensation is not a cause for concern. If on a humid day, you turn on your car's A/C system and a fine mist blows out of the vents, don't be alarmed. ... If you have been parked after running the A/C and pull away and find a small puddle of water from under your car it is condensation exiting the A/C system"

Water condensation can smell like anything it's been in contact with. If it has a sheen to it then there is oil present. It's most likely condensation from the AC. Every vehicle will do this in a humid environment.

Yeah it's AC condensation, I live in FL and even vehicles parked at a stop light on really humid days will create a fairly large puddle in just the time it takes a light to change.

It will usually have a smell to it, I do make sure to run my AC with the fresh air (air taken from the outside) on for a little bit if I've been driving around with it on recirc on really humid days.

That has seemed to help the smell outside and inside the vehicle on the next start.

I had a strut leak out on a Nissan once and it left a puddle of clear oily liquid just like that

So just a little update on the issue.

I suddenly realized that I lost tuburbo boost yesterday on my way back home and also realized the oil temperature is very very high after 10 mins normal driving. I smell similar thing driving in driver's seat. So I took the car to dealership this morning and they found out the hose connected to the coolant somehow has a big hole on it. This caused all the coolant to leak out. I am still not 100% sure what the liquid is in my picture, but if I need to guess, it would be the leaked coolant.

Thanks again for all the input!

How high did the temp get? Did your car go into limp mode?
I am not sure the exact oil temperature, but the needle on the meter almost goes to the all the way on the right after ten mins' normal driving. They are now waiting for a new hose to replace the old one
