Price increase for the 2018 Shelby GT350?

Hello All,

I know we are still waiting to get official details but I am wondering if since all they are changing is exterior colors for 2018 does anybody foresee them raising the sticker price?? NOT the ADM....:lol:

I would say it is a certifiable SI! demand drives price, oh and ADM ; (

They raised the price in 2016 for 2017 models that were ordered or produced after a certain date (can't remember the exact milestone) but i wouldn't be surprised to see another increase for 2018's.

Any details on that I thought the price remained the same

I am all for a price increase if Ford makes it easier for us to get a GT350R at MSRP by increasing production.

I think my MY17R, identical to my MY16R, was about $350 more (sticker to sticker). I was pleasantly surprised at how small the increase was. I did order on day 1, so I do not know if there was a mid year adjustment.

I guess they spent their time on adjusting the non R pricing in 17. :headbang:

Are you sure that wasnt the color/roof/ or car cover that made that difference?

No, both cars were exactly identical. Base R, OW with OTT and car cover. I expected around $1K increase, so was happy to pay only a few hundred bucks more.
