Pop is much louder with diff bushing lockouts for me, so I think that definitely amplifies it with my QA1 CF shaft.

I hear ya on that! Lol. It’s so annoying for me. I’m actually switching from the stiffer BMR ones to the Steeda softer ones.

As you beef up your suspension you are going to notice more NVH. It's one of the things you give up for a more firm suspension / driveline.
I'm surprised at some that think that modifications somehow keep the nice car feel.
Ain't gonna happen. Want fast and firm? Going to have to live with the NVH. Can't have it both ways.
