Quick question... just noticed while walking up to car this morning that rear wheels are not protruding equally from fenders! I took some pictures.

What's causing this? Any easy fix?

Thanks for your input!

I'd say it's about 1/2 inch difference. additional info: I installed R springs 3 weeks ago. Could it be the subframe that is not rebolted properly?

My 15 gt is the same, no suspension work. I'd love to know why as well

Did you get an alignment after changing the springs? If not, that is likely your issue.

Drivers side looks to have a lot more negative camber, both front and rear.

I have an appointment for alignment later this week. Will report back after. It might be the cause, I hope!

After looking at the pictures and the car again I'm thinking that if it's just camber setting the lower left wheel would protrude more and the right side less. It looks like both top and bottom of right wheel are poking out more... weird! It looks like entire axle is shifted to the right 1/2 inch!

Salut Louis,

As others have mentionned, i would get an alignment ASAP as i'm sure your problem can be corrected by means of a camber adjustment.

Went to these guys twice, they're known in the business to be very good. Owner is a very nice guy.

Main thing is they are very careful and respectful with how they handle the work on your ride.

They do high end cars all the time.

Keep us posted.

Make sure you have both rear wheels on the back. I once put front on back and back on front. My buddy put front on left and rear on right.

Guess next step is to start measuring.

I have an appointment at Garbis this week. I'll look at lowering the rear sub-frame again and rebolt it and maybe order the bushing kit. Is it easy to install?

I'm assuming you loosed and dropped the IRS subframe to install the springs, correct? If so it's the whole subframe that's shifted to one side. There's a little play in the bolt holes, but Steeda actually makes some alignment pins/bushings just for this issue!

That was my impression. But before dropping everything again I (I have the steeda IRS brace - needs to be removed also!) I wanted to have more insight into it... I will maybe try just to loosen up everything and play with the subframe and rebolt it. Thanks for imput guys!
