Just wondering if there is any way to jump off a power lead in trunk region (if it exists) instead of having to fish wire from trunk up to front of vehicle...

I haven't seen anything to this extent. I've only been keeping an eye out for an easy sub solution for the car though. If you come up with something easy let us know!

No, there's not. There isn't a sufficient power lead for any respectable aftermarket amplifier in ANY car that I've come across in 8 years of installing high-end car stereos. Remote turn on lead... sure.

Yeh, that's definitely a "no". There's no way the tiny gauge wiring that's running through there could support the needs of a sub amplifier as well as whatever it was meant for. You'd prob blow through the fuse of anything you connected to. You definitely want to run a proper, dedicated power wire with the proper overcurrent protection.

You want to power an amp from the trunk, or do you need an amp turn on signal in the trunk. I talked into a hot wire going to the trunk lid. Probably for the backup camera. That turns on my amp but doesn't power it.
