I know this has been discussed but my search skills are failing me...
I found a really minor amount of oil on the head, near the rear header mount on the passenger side, basically the back corner just above the header.

What is the source and is the fix easy?.

Thanks!

I have the same thing happening. Just discovered tonight. Searching more and any insight would help.

Thanks in advance.

Damn. Head leaking is a stab to the heart. Any mods?
I think he means a valve cover gasket leak which is not really that big of a deal to do. Head gasket is a whole different animal.

No engine mods but some suspension and exhaust of course. Gonna install a PP2 this weekend if I can find the time.

Yes, your right. It is a valve cover leak.

Is it just loose valve cover bolts, or is the gasket actually bad?

dealer said loose bolts, but replaced the gasket to be "safe"
Sounds like anyone concerned about a possible oil leak at the valve covers should give their bolts a check. There are 9 bolts on each cover, and the manual says the torque spec is 89 in-lbs (7.4 ft-lbs).
