Attn BMR: another CB005 kit on eBay

I was searching eBay for something totally unrelated and hit on this seller (unrelated to a previous thread from months ago). This seller is advertising and selling what appears to be an exact copy of YOUR CB005 kit:

Quoted for their ad in the event it disappears:

Including screen shots of the eBay listing, because they also have a “BMR disclaimer”.... how can these companies or sellers get away with copying original designs and selling them?? Shut ‘em down if this is the first you’re seeing/hearing of them!

I still have my fake CB005 sitting in the basement, seller refunded everything after I asked for my money back. I offered several times to send back, but seller never responded. I guess it'll be a paper weight...
