Current "Official" Sync 3 version for '16 Mustang?

As far as I can tell, the currently most up to version of SYNC 3 for the 2016 Mustang is v2.2...

Is this correct? While keeping an eye on this v3.0 thread, I've seen references to v2.3 as well. I've logged into the owner.ford.com website and discovered something strange that has me wondering. When I go to the "check for software updates" page, it tells me that the last confirmed software update for my vehicle was 10/12/2017 (just last week). I assume this was a Wi-Fi update since I haven't manually updated it. HOWEVER, when I check on the history of updates it lists the most recent update as v2.2 from back in June. The vehicle also displays v2.2. So what was this "confirmed" update from last week?

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Yeah mine says I last had a update on Oct 19. Still v2.2 though. I am sure like that last time they released a update we will have to wait until they decide to post for Mustangs. Some will just go ahead and download the "unofficial" version. I will wait

I think that date is just the last date it was checked.
