Considering an IM on my P1X Blown coyote. Anyone have any suggestions (followed by reasoning) on which IM is preferred for you?
I am not interested in modification of hood or changing my engine mounts to make this happen.
If you have the manifold you're suggesting, who did you buy it from and what did you pay.
Thanks in advance

Sounds like GT350 or Holley is what you're looking at as far as options. Maybe the guys with holley can comment on heatsoak with a metal manifold, not sure its bad.

the stock mani is fine, if you want more, the gt350 would be the easiest to adapt to the system

I went with the Edelbrock Victor. No modifications to hood or anything needed, fits under strut brace as well. I use to have the power flatline at 6750 and now no more flatline pulls to 7500+. No before and after numbers but my numbers in sig are with this intake at 10psi. Another member did some before and after temp testing with IR scanner and the Aluminum intake ran at a cooler temp than the stock composite. It's also 3lb lighter. The downside is the cost.

My dyno rolled at around 7200rpm with the GT350. Not sure if that is in the tune or not but ultimately made a ton of power.

Looks great too!
Was those numbers on 93?
I'm looking to do a swap this week when I do my e85 tune but I can't make my mind up. I thought I wanted the Boss but I don't want to lose power under the curve since this is a DD.

Those are strong numbers for 11psi that's what I made on 14lbs.
Do you have any dyno #'s before & after Mani swaps?

You're not going to miss power under the curve with a blower for DDing lol.

I know what your saying, I'm talking about spending the money making the change to lose 20whp & 40 ft lbs to gain 35rwhp peak when I could buy a different setup & gain 5-10 all throughout the rang with 35rwhp peak.

I got ya. I've seen good results with Boss. I'd go GT350 due to compatibility with the S550 hood if nothing else. Boss is CHEAP though.
