Using the photo linking tool no longer works. I get this error:

"Something went wrong. Please try again or contact the site administrator."

If I try to upload a photo using that tool instead of a link, it tells me the file is too large no matter how small it is. I tried a 2MB, 4MB, 10MB file of the same photo.

Also, might be related, at the footer of our site there is an error: "Thread Thumbnail by AddonsLab: invalid license detected."

Any ideas?

Why not just use the "Attach Files" button at the bottom?

I attached a big file as an example.

Just tried. 10MB photo it says it's too large to upload.

2MB file says its too large to upload.

100Kb file worked but man that's a poor quality file.

Nope. Same issue using an incognito chrome tab unfortunately. 2.1MB file says it's too big.

1.5MB works though, I wonder if there's a 2MB file limit?

I was getting the same image is too large error w/images over 5k in width. Once I cropped the image down to less then 5k width it uploaded no matter what MB. Maybe start there but I uploaded a 12.8mb file so the limit is at least that.

Interesting. Most of the stuff I've been trying to upload was shot with my A6600 so it's 6000x4000 but some of the photos have been cropped down with the issue still persisting.

Glad you got it working. I shoot raw with my Canon 7D Mark ii and I have to downsize quite a bit if uploading here. I usually just upload pics I've taken with my phone, then I don't run into the issues you are seeing.

Get a photo resizing app. I've used mine often on other forums.

Sony shooter? Must be a man of culture :inspect:
I switched from an old Nikon D7100.

Picked up a Tamron 17-70 f/2.8 and a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 when I grabbed the Sony. Really like the setup.

Good deal, have you tried any of the Sony glass? I can give you some recommendations for specific focal lengths if you like.
I originally bought the Sony 18-105mm f4 G OSS and honestly didn't like it. I felt like the lens was very soft and not as crisp as I was looking for. Ended up returning it and buying pre-ordering the Tamron instead and glad I did.
