Not sure about the S550 but I recall seeing a TV segment with Dave Pericak (Ford Racing) talking about the Boss 302 and he said the stock air box flowed just as well as any aftermarket CAI.......his words, not mine.

They made all of it! So why would it matter it should fit all aftermarket CAI's! They should be using the best which seems to be the stock! Like to see this supercharger with PMas! Hahahaha!

Yes. OPGs and crank sprocket are cheap insurance if you plan any mods, tuning to raise redline/shift points, or spirited driving.

Why doesn't this come with there cold air intake? They have a closed airbox. Maybe this just shows how good the stock air intake is.

The customer chose to stick with the stock air box with a drop in for the time being. This kit can be modified to work with a CAI but would require additional dyno tuning. Our remote tuning is only applicable to the stock airbox and our Windstorm kit at this time.

We ALWAYS recommend Billet OPGs when doing any kind of power adder kit. This specific vehicle does not have them done, we do make sure this is mentioned during the sale process and that the customer is aware that failure is on them at that point. But it is recommended.

Dyno numbers on the previous install was 591rwhp.

This product will fit the Airaid box, The strut tower brace will not fit with this install unfortunately.

Question about warranty, you guys state that SC package comes with 1year warranty. Is it 1 year warranty for parts and labor or parts only?
Another question I have is OPGs and CS, if these fail am I protected under your warranty program? If your insurance does exclude OPGS, CS failure then how much would it cost to do these along with SC stage 2 kit.

About 99% certain the 1 year warranty is in regards to the supercharger itself. It is not a engine/drivetrain warranty. If something other than the supercharge breaks, you are not going to be covered by the 1 year warranty.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

This install comes with a One Year workmanship warranty.

There is a 1 year parts warranty as well, the parts and workmanship warranties are separate though.

This has the capability of 700rwhp or slightly above.
This obviously requires further modification than what the above customer's car has done to it. But with the proper combination of parts, there is growth room.
If you are looking to shoot above that, then a Whipple might be the route you would want to head.
