Has anyone gone with painting stripes on instead of using decal stickers or wrap?

Looks great! Who did you order the wheel from? The dark bezel doesn't usually come with the wheel if I'm not mistaken?
Mustang GT, I ordered it from Levittown Ford, the one with bezels and is mentioned as black.

Looks good, how much thicker is the new steering wheel compared to stock? I'd like a slightly thicker feel, but I don't know if it's worth it.
peterdee, Not much its slightly thicker especially around 9 and 3 O'Clock but you get very good grip and feel. Also good if you have palm sweating issue. It does appear a bit smaller in diameter though.

Car
Doesn't that look good - I'm hoping our group buy will get going soon and i can order mine. I have a whole new interior with red stitching suede finish etc to come in the next few weeks.:)
car, Yes it not only looks good, but feels good too when you are driving. I am sure it will change the interior look of your car with all the matching Red stitching. I plan to do the same but will ask a local upholstery guy first, if he can either supply it or at least install it. Mod bug is irresistible.:headbonk:

Had the Roush side scoops fitted, the Pony lamps replaced, the front parking sensors fitted, boot liner added and putting a rush on the replacement windscreen as the crack from that rock on the country run Sunday, had grown to half way across the windscreen now. Oh and the 3K service done.

27th July - Decent Update today.

Had the Eibach Sportlines fitted, BMR Diff Lock Out Kit fitted, replaced the trans oil and the engine oil and filter.

Test fitted the new rims which of course stuck out by a mile, sigh! At least the supplier was good and getting some new ones sorted on Saturday morning. Pics as always

Took ours for a drive to Lancelin. Changed over the Clutch Spring, got my LED DRL's and fog lights in (need to have another shot at the front park lights again later and do the reverse lights and interior). And put on RPI mud flaps (the rear ones were painful, stay away unless they change their install method)

Now it's off getting Opti-Coat Plus  but that means she's not at home until Tuesday :(
