Every now and then, a lucky Mustang owner gets asked by a manufacturer, tuner or other development shop to use their vehicle as a donor car to use for research and development purposes.
Last year, M6G member icarumba (Dave) was contacted by Kentucky-based Holley Performance Parts to use his 2015 Mustang V6 to develop its full line of exhaust products for its premium Hooker Blackheart line.
After receiving and installing the first part in a long line of products, the Hooker Blackheart catback exhaust system (with muffler), Dave created some driving video comparisons for our listening pleasure.
A few more products have since made its way to Dave’s doorsteps and onto his S550 Mustang.
