The 2016 Mustang will get the iconic California Special package when the model year changeover occurs — as just teased in a video from Ford Performance and as we reported back in April. 2016 Mustang orders are set to open this upcoming Monday, May 11.
That is also the date that Ford will reveal its plans for the California Special package and the company has indicated that is not the only new package being offered for the 2016 model year.
