Saleen Automotive has announced that the company has begun shipments of the “White Label” introductory model of the all-new Saleen 302 Mustangs for the 2015 model year manufactured at its production facility in Southern California.
The White Label Saleen 302 Mustang, which has been spotted in the wild by our members, offers the 302 cubic inch V8 engine calibrated to produce 450 horsepower. It also gets specific-rate suspension springs and sway bar bushings and links, staggered 20″ wheels and Z-rated tires, and numerous cosmetic and aerodynamic modifications including a high-volume intake grille, quarter window panel, and a large rear wing that sits atop a Saleen taillight panel.
As with their previous offerings, the 2015 Saleen 302 Mustangs will be a limited production and each one will receive a serialized number.
Beyond this introductory model, Saleen has plans to show a Yellow Label and Black Label for even more aesthetic and performance upgrades. The Yellow Label will come with a Saleen supercharged 302 ci engine and the Black Label which promises to be the all-out and fully loaded flagship of the lineup.
The Black Label was originally scheduled to be revealed on February 20, but Saleen has pushed back the public unveiling one month to March 20, 2015.
